Relationship Building Experience
Turn on the television or check out the latest social media drama. We’re getting out of hand, sistahs. "Throwing Shade. Trollin’." We’ve invented terms to describe our negative interaction with one another. So if they can invent a term or process to divide us, why can't the SOMSistahs invent a process to help unite us?
We developed a relationship model based on a philanthropic cultivation process called Moves Management, so why not individualized cultivation of healthy sisterly relationships? The RelationCultivation™ process is biblically-based; each "move" has a foundation in Scripture and is a Socratic (dialectic) method, which is the use of questions to get discussions going deeper to reveal truth.

SOMSistahs Leadership & Ministry Experience™
What is Leadership? Simply put, it's a lifestyle. Encouraging and inspiring others to reach their full potential is a daily walk and doesn't mean you're "the boss" or "in charge", quite the opposite. Excellent leaders will step aside and let others shine.
What are your Spiritual Gifts? Hospitality? Leadership? Exhortation? Prophecy? Learn what your true gifting is through our assessments and begin to walk in God's true calling on your life. Don't settle for being placed into a ministry that you dont connect with simply because someone else needs to fill a position. Step up and into your true gifting.

SOMSpeaks™Women's Study
Experience
Our study groups are the perfect way to connect, engage, and cultivate relationships with other Sistahs on a more intimate level as our groups are small gatherings for a deeper connection and meaningful study.
We meet weekly at Inlet Grove High School (4th Monday monthly @ 7pm) and the House of SOMS office, but are looking to establish more SOMSpeaks Groups all over Palm Beach County and beyond.
